No, it's not more brilliant than anyone realizes. It's the joke. The first two statements are both stereotypically ignorant (all asians aren't chinese, karate isn't chinese). That's why the question asks if you think asians think you're a racist (because if you agreed to those two statements and/or didn't react as you read them, you're probably pretty ignorant and/or racist).

On second thought, this would actually be a really good SAT question, or maybe a good IQ test question because most of these guys failed it pretty hard.

Or you can be all Korean about it and do Tae Kwon Do.

A logic word puzzle needs to have apparent logic to be a valid question, this has statements though there is fault with the logic, therefore, this is a failed question. You could argue that there is an implied premise of "people who think the following statements are true are considered racist by Asians, (then the first two statements), I think the prior statements are true, (then the last one)" allowing for those implied premises, the answer would be yes. I just ruined this joke. But, Alas, I may still be able to redeem myself, the joke is funny because you could totally see something like this on the SAT (well maybe not the SAT, but on the CAHSEE anywho) and not blink an eye. The tests are getting so dull these days. I recently got 100% on both of the CAHSEE tests, and that should not be. Change the California Education System, the children beg you!
